Today was Grandparent's Day at Grant's school today. It was a lot of fun. I picked up McDonald's for him (per his request) and we got to sit at the picnic tables by the playground and eat with him. Me, daddy, Pepka, Gi-Gi, Nana and PaPa were all there to join the fun. After lunch we visited the book fair where Gant got books from everyone, the we got to check out his classroom. Grant is sooo lucky to have 2 sets of grandparent's who are so involved and who love him very much!!!!!<

Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall!!!!
Since today is the first official day of fall and since I didn't have this blog during the summer, I felt the need to revisit some of our favorite times this summer. It's kind of sad to see the summer go (we had a great one!!!), but also exciting to see what the fall brings!!! These pictures include the lake, the beach, and fun times at the pool.
Not that great of a picture, but you have to take what they'll give you

Grant went to his very first of I'm sure many Razorback games today. He had a BLAST!!!!! Me,Ted,my mom and Grant got up early and drove to Fayetteville to see the Hogs play Alabama , in what turned out to be a blowout of a game. Even though we lost, we had a great time, you just can't beat the atmosphere of those Fayetteville games. We had been wanting to take Grant to a game for several years, but wanted to make sure he was old enough to enjoy it and to sit still for that long. He loved watching the hog dance around and liked when the players ran through the big inflatable hog's mouth at the start of the game. We met up with Uncle Beak & Aunt Gi-Gi before the game and visited for a few minutes before the game started. We ended up leaving at the end of the 3rd quarter (due to the blowout nature of the game), but everyone had a great time!!!!!

WOW!!! My own blog
I can't believe that I am actually joining the rest of civilization and now have my own blog!!! WOW!!!! What an accomplishment, I think that this is the neatest(and fastest) way to keep up with friends and their kids (without having to call them, not that I don't like to talk on the phone!!!) Ted thinks that's my #1 hobby. I will add to my posts and put pictures up, as soon as I figure all of this out.
