What we've been up to this summer...

It's been so long since my last entry, I decided to make a post summarizing our summer so far. We have had a great one and have stayed super busy!! I can't believe in less than 2 weeks, I will have a kindergartener and a 2nd grader. Boy, does time fly!!

These first few pictures are just of the boys playing around with a bubble machine Harrison got for his birthday. Of course, they had to try to catch and pop them with their tongues.

Fun with friends and silly bands...

No summer is complete without ice-cream cones...

The next set of pictures is of the kids at Magic Springs. We have had so much fun there this summer!! We go at least once, (sometimes twice a week) for fun at the water park and riding rides.

Nicholas catching some waves while tring to surf...

Grant trying it out...

He's just tall enough to ride the tube slides...

Way over 48"...

Sorry Harrison, it's going to be a few more years for you...

Grant and his buddy Danny...

Grant and Kayla on a ride...

Being silly...

Now, we move on to fun times at the lake. The boys have enjoyed the lake so much this year!! Grant even learned how to water ski!! It's just so slow paced up there, we can just relax and don't have to worry about the kids being run over by a car out in the front yard.

We went to Destin, Fl for a week in the middle of July and had an awesome time. Sorry, I didn't realize I put sooo many pictures of the beach on here. Oh well, you can see how much fun we all had!!

Some thing never change, you would think that now (at 5 years old) he would no longer have the desire to taste sand like he did when he was 2!! That's just Nick being Nick, I just have to shake my head and let him do it!!
With friends Ellie and Molly...

I love how he has his (not so little) hands. He did this on his own, I didn't pose him.

Hi,
Just thought I'd comment and say that you are so lucky to have such wonderful "Little Guys"! Lol! They seem to have lots of fun, and the memories are priceless! I have two wonderful nephews, 11, and 6 yrs old, and they are a bundle of joy! (Sometimes!) Ha Ha! You should get them together, and let them have some fun having Tongue contests, and tricks! They seem to enjoy sticking them out, as most kids these days do! Lol! They could have a "Who's is longer" contest! Try touching nose, chin, and elbow! Try the taco/Hot Dog Bun, fold in half, the clover, and the bowl! Please message me back, and I'll have more tricks to try! Good Luck, and talk to ya soon! Thanx!
